## Details

Darkey Kelly’s takes its name from Dorcas ‘Darkey’ Kelly, an 18th-century brothel keeper burned at the stake in 1761 and reputed to be Ireland’s first serial killer. On Fishamble Street, where Handel’s Messiah premiered in 1742, it offers live music and trad sessions every day, a whiskey bar and walk-in food near Christ Church Cathedral.
