Hidden away at Whitestown, about 5km from Carlingford village, Lily Finnegan’s is a whitewashed pub of around 180 years that has kept its old flagstone floor, layered ceilings and open fire. A favourite reward for walkers and cyclists on the Cooley coast, it hosts live music at weekends and has a covered beer garden.
