Exceptional restaurant in Cashel, different dining experience than traditional pub good. The place itself is beautiful, welcome drink at the entrance. Dishes well prepared. We drove an hour to Chez Hans because the food is that good. The Sunday lunch was fantastic—each dish beautifully presented, full of fresh, seasonal flavors and great textures. The quality really shines through, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come back for this memorable meal. My all time favourite is the beef ribs :)Wendikaa Lim · 5★
