We stumbled upon this place when in Castlebar. Its offers dine in and takeaway. We were lucky to get a table as the place was so busy. I had the fish and a curry chips. The fish was crispy, not greasy and not dry, it was the nicest piece of fish I've had in a while. The curry sauce was proper chip shop curry sauce.…Lisa Clarke · 5★
Popped into danollas yesterday as had a good appetite and I decided to try the “ best fish and chips” in castlebar going by what i have heard ..nI opted for the large cod and chips and was disappointed with the quality and portion size on the plate and left there feeling hard done by and not even full up .nAt € 17.00…Tony Swanick · 1★
Decent food for this type of place. Portions were the smallest of any Fish and Chip shop. Noticed no tartar sauce served with F&C . My husband asked and was told he’d have to order it separately! I went to the counter and was reluctantly given a container of tartar sauce. A piece of lemon would have been lovely but…Nurse Aine · 3★
