Had a really incredible solo dinner at Note and everything blew me away. I had a small plates dinner and every dish was excellent—I especially enjoyed the cold spaghetti and the bluefin with raspberry and fig. Nice food although slightly disappointed with the turbot for 2. Unorthodox cut with an excessive amount of bones making it hard to separate the bones, the samphire had a lot of hard stalks in them and the fennel was slightly over salted.
