Well, this was perhaps the best meal I’ve had in Galway (and there have been decades worth!). This was such considered food and plates, and all 4 of us left absolutely beaming. Dropped in for lunch on a Saturday without a reservation. Tables were all booked up, but we were able to be seated at the bar.
