Beautiful setting and excellent food. It was a 7-course tasting menu, however after two hours we had only received three courses and ultimately left after the fourth. Five stars for The Pullman. Everything we ate was delicious, and the wine pairing was absolutely perfect. I have been to several prix fixe tasting menus with pairings, and this was easily one of the best.nnHuge kudos to the chef and sommelier. I honestly would not change a thing.
